SHIPPING & STORE POLICIES

Order Processing:

  • Most orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary for domestic and international orders.

  • Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will start shipping on Monday or the next business day.

  • During holidays or sales periods, shipping times may be longer.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  • A tracking number email will follow as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, contact your local post office.

 

Wrong Shipping Address:

  • Notify us immediately if you entered the wrong address.

  • We can change the address before shipping; otherwise, you'll need to wait until the package returns to us.

  • Once received, you'll need to pay for the second shipping cost, and we'll provide new tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

  • We ship globally through USPS First Class Package International Service.

  • International orders may or may not include tracking information, varying by destination.

  • Delivery time can range from 2-6 weeks.

  • International buyers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by their country's laws.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.

  • All fees imposed after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

  • We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged merchandise, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues:

  • Narleygoodz is not liable for products lost during shipping.

  • Contact the carrier or our support team to file a claim for damaged orders.

  • Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately of defects, damages, or wrong items.
